people sent me two photos, one for a Kobe
earthquake cloud, and the other for the Jakarta
cloud, taken on March 11, 2007
[1],
from newspaper, and asked me about if it was an earthquake cloud and if a
large earthquake would be in Jakarta.
I told them that my friends had already showed me two “Kobe
earthquake clouds” in Japanese newspapers. This was the third one. How
many clouds did the Kobe
earthquake have? What is evidence to support this cloud as “Kobe
cloud”? The Jakarta cloud
looks like an airplane cloud for its dim edge, while an earthquake cloud
looks clear usually [2]
because the latter has a diameter of 4~20km, much bigger than the former, so
wind scatters the latter much harder than the former. However, I forgot to
tell them to care two earthquake clouds

not pinpoint out their epicenters and magnitudes, and mistakes are possible
(68% accuracy in general [2]).
Recently, Mr. Taeko Shiraki

After reviewing the photos in the former link, I wrote him, “You'd better prove your ability to distinguish earthquake
clouds from weather clouds at first. Otherwise, false earthquake clouds will make
panic and kill people” on May 8.
On May 9, he explained, “We take pictures
if a strange cloud appears” and then “We came to turn
consciousness to a message from space. The message says earthquake may be
generated”. He
showed me a set of ten earthquake clouds for only one earthquake by the

think that you can announce an earthquake previously, you never understand a
message from the universe.”
On May 11, I asked him about whom "the consciousness from space"
was, and he replied, “I receive information from the universe for 8
years. I can't tell you the thing easily.”
On May 17, I suggested, “You'd better learn scientific methods to
prove your clouds as earthquake clouds. You'd better ask meteorologists about
your clouds” and he replied, “Unfortunately.
A meteorologist doesn't admit a relation between cloud and an
earthquake.” I asked him, “So, you admit that no meteorologist
agrees with ‘your earthquake clouds’,
don't you?” He told me that many earthquake cloud sites in Japan
were like his, “They can't explain the difference in the forms of the
various earthquakes, either.”
On May 18, he wrote, “I'm sorry. I can't understand English. I'm
writing a mail by a translation software.
I don't know the meaning of your question.” I knew his lie, but told
him that was a tag question to make sure. He wrote, “I can't
understand English” again. I suggested asking an English teacher. He
could not reply my tag question, but could make email delivery failed
permanently. Therefore, I have to show the above discussion to the public, so
people will be able to judge if his book is scientific or not. I faithfully
hope Mr. Shiraki and many others with
various methods to prove their works more than to publish something.
Otherwise, people may be confused for their false works.
