First of all, I would like to thank many people from various counties for their belief in or interest in my work. They requested me to predict earthquakes to them by email. I would like to do if I had time and if it worked for an evacuation. Unfortunately, neither works. I have to explain that my work only answers a historic puzzle of whether or not earthquakes can be predicted. There is a long distance between my work and a successful evacuation for three big problems. First, meteorological satellite can not offer the data I need[1]. Second, earthquake data have serious problems that interrupt my work[2].[3] Third, there is a tough work to narrow time window from 105 days in general and 30 days in average into a month in general because modern people are not as strong as ancient people to stay outside. Therefore, prediction by email does not work, but wastes my precious time. I hope people to understand these problems, and also hope people to donate my work, and to convince your governments to solve those data problems, and support my work with funds if you are serious.
