EARTHQUAKE CLOUDS AND
SHORT TERM PREDICTION

My 7.0, 7.1 & 5.7 Japan Earthquake Predictions

Are Excellent or Exact

- September 6, 2004 -

I revealed a satellite image [1], and predicted a couple of earthquakes, one at about 36.5~39N,141~142.5E, and the other at about 33~36N,132~134.5E, of magnitude of 5.5 or over in Japan to the public on Aug. 14, 2004. Due to satellite data problems [2], earthquake data problems[3], and no fund to overcome those problems, I was not sure the exact epicenters and magnitudes. Thus, I had to waste much time to estimate them that was why I used question marks. However, I knew the later much bigger than the former, so the former got a smaller mark.

Now, the earthquakes all happened. An M5.7 earthquake at 36.97N,141.63E on Sep. 1 [4]was all exact. A couple of M7 earthquakes: one at 33.09N,136.63E [5], and the other at 33.15N, 137.04E [6] were excellent according to my statement about error in one "E" or "?" for the epicenter [7].

The predictions are very good, but I feel sorry for no fund to do what I want to do. On the other hand, billion and billion dollars are wasted by those so called "Earthquake Experts" in the World every year. A piece of interesting news is that the Japanese government proposed the Yokohama Plan, according to which the World Conference on Disaster Reduction will be in Kobe, Japan on 18~22 January 2005 to discuss every disasters except earthquake. More details are here [8]
