The 6.0 Andaman IS., India Earthquake & My Prediction

A M6.0 earthquake happened at Andaman Islands, India on Aug. 11, 2003 [1], while I predicted it to the Public on Aug. 9 [2]. The following is a comparison

Relying on a good nature condition, the result is very close to the pinpointed area. To make an evacuation be possible, it is imperative not to count on a good nature condition, which is decided by people themselves.
