A M6.8 earthquake happened in Chile on Jun. 20, 2003 [1], while I predicted it to the Public on Jun. 8 [2]. The following is a comparison

The result is very good, but deeply depends on the atmosphere. If the Society listened to me to solve Satellite Data Problems [3], an evacuation may be possible in the near future. "Otherwise, people will dig or will be dug after a devastating earthquake continuously"[4].
