On Aug. 16, 2003, a M5.7 earthquake hit Nei Mongol, China (43.81N, 119.57E) [1], and killed 2 people, and injured 56 [2]. It also cursed 24, 483 damaged homes, and 2,602 collapsed in 98 villages. Is there a precursor? Yes, I had revealed two possible earthquake clouds: one from north to south, and the other from south to north, over Northern China [3], and mentioned the magnitude ">=5.5" on Aug. 9. I have appealed for the data I need, but no government has noticed my request. Now, the epicenter for the cloud from north to south is clear, but I still do not know where the epicenter will be for the cloud from south to north. Will it be in Southern China, including Taiwan, or anywhere else such as Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, and so on? |
